We tried numerous leasing companies to track down our beloved Alfa Brera 3.2 V6. Our timings were tight, our budget tighter and our demands on specification was constantly changing. It came to the point that I was even getting on my own nerves trying to decide but the team at The Car Lease Shop perservered and went beyond the call of duty in their search for our dream car and supplied us with numerous quotations at the most competitive of prices.

We couldn't be happier with our choice of car, leasing agreement and after sales customer care and I'm sure that The Car Lease Shop were very pleased to see the back of me when I saw them waving in my rear view mirror! Seriously though, I can thoroughly recommend them and I will certainly be coming back in three years for my new model.

"I work in a service driven industry and from experience when somebody takes time to write to a company it is often a complaint. People rarely take time to say thank you! Well i wanted to write to say thank you to all concerned for a fantastic service!
Tom, who i had contact from at an early stage of looking at leasing a Citroen was a fantastic help. He always responded to my e-mailed questions promptly and even took time to phone me to check whether i had made a decision or whether i needed any further information.......no pushy sales techniques.

When i was ready to order, again the help was there. The documentation arrived promptly (thanks Joanna) and when i pointed out a slight error it was ammended and new forms sent to me within the hour! All my queries were answered to my satisfaction and the information i asked for was promptly given. I was surprised and pleased at how quick it all went through!

Next came the delivery day. The tax disc arrived by special delivery and then the car arrived in a lovely clean condition. The delivery driver (I dont know his name) continued the great service. He was very courtious, gave me plenty of unhindered time to inspect the new car and even showed me some of the controls and how they worked (electronic brake and gear box). I was very grateful!

Overall my experience of the service i recieved from your company was fantastic and i will certainly use you again should i decide on another citroen next time and shall recommend you should anyone i know be onsidering leasing a car.
